What happens to the personal data you leave on the Opturan website — in plain language, no fine print.
Data controller
The personal data controller is ZashchitaInfoTrans, a federal state enterprise under the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation and the developer of the Opturan platform.

What data we collect
Through the website forms we collect only what is needed to process your request: organisation name, full name, job title or role, contact details (email, phone), industry, and fleet or staff scale.
We do not request special categories of data and do not collect information unrelated to your request.
Purposes and legal basis
The data is processed for a single purpose — handling requests for a platform demo and free test runs: contacting you, agreeing the scope and methodology, preparing a proposal.
The legal basis for processing is your consent, given when submitting the form, in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.
Storage and retention
Personal data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation, as required by law 152-FZ.
Data is kept for as long as needed to process the request and the follow-up communication, or until you withdraw your consent — whichever comes first.
Your rights as a data subject
You may request information about how your data is processed, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, send a request to vopros@opturan.ru — we will respond within the timeframes set by law 152-FZ.
